July 11-21, 2027Saint Mary's is joining Catholic Heart Workcamp on their pilgrimage to Rome and Assisi.This pilgrimage is a MUCH different trip than their typical service trips.Enjoy breakfast on the roof looking out at St. Peter’s dome.Explore the culture of a city where so much of our Catholic faith is rooted.Celebrate daily Mass in St. Peter’s a private chapel, or at one of the major basilicas and cathedral.After we conquer Rome, the adventure continues on the final day touring beautiful Assisi.- Open to students entering 10th grade or higher in the fall of the year the trip takes place.
- Limited availability and spots will be on a first come first served basis.
- Total Cost is $4,095.00 (flight included) per student, but this will be offset by various fundraisers that we will be doing.
- The price covers airfare, ALL taxes and fees associated with airfare, all meals, hotel accommodations, ground transportation (private and public), site fees, tour guide fees, camp t-shirt, and operating costs.
- Payment schedule:
- $295 deposit due at signup
- October 1st, 2026: Half of the remaining balance is due.
- April 1st, 2027: Full balance is due

Additional Camp InformationWe will have 2-3 people per room, and we get to decide who is in each room.
A single room can be requested for an additional $900 (limited availability).All meals are carefully chosen and are personal favorites of CHWC Roma. There is truly no better food in the world. Fill up on pizza and pasta that you will dream about for years to come.

Passports are required for Rome and must be valid for 6 months past the date of entry. Visa’s are not required.
