The Eucharist is the heart of our Catholic faith—the source and summit of Christian life. In the Mass, we receive the Body and Blood of Christ and encounter His Real Presence in a personal and profound way. Celebrated as a community, the Eucharist teaches us about the dignity of every person and calls us to love and serve God and one another.
