Hallow at St. Mary's parish
This September, St. Mary's Parish is inviting our entire parish and school community to begin a new journey of prayer together.
Beginning Monday, September 14, we will launch our first parish-wide Hallow Prayer Challenge. Through Hallow, we will pray together, encourage one another, and grow together in our relationship with Christ.
Hallow is a Catholic prayer platform that offers guided prayers, Scripture reflections, meditations, music, Bible studies, and other faith-filled resources to help people make prayer a part of everyday life. Whether prayer has been part of your daily routine for years or you are looking for a way to begin, this is an opportunity for all of us to grow together as one parish and school community. -
Joining Our Parish Community page is Free
There is no cost to join the St. Mary's Parish Community Page or participate in our parish Prayer Challenge. Everyone can participate using Hallow's free version. If you choose to subscribe to Hallow Premium, you'll have access to additional content, but a subscription is not required to pray with our parish. -

New to Hallow?
New to Hallow? Getting Started is Easy!
- On your smartphone, tablet, or computer, visit hallow.com/parish
- Search for St. Mary's Parish, Shrewsbury, MA or enter our Zip Code (01545)
- Select St. Mary's Parish, Shrewsbury, MA.
- Click Continue, then click Join.
- Create your free Hallow account using your phone number, email address, Google account, or Apple ID. Hallow will send you a verification code to complete your account. There are a few steps to complete to set up your account and that's it! Note: You may also be offered a 6-month free trial of Hallow's premium content. You are welcome to accept the offer, but it is not required to participate in our parish community or Prayer Challenge. If you prefer to use the free version, simply click "Skip for Now."
- Download the Hallow app from the App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in using the same method you used to create your account.
- You're all set! You'll automatically be connected to the St. Mary's Parish community and be ready to join our parish Prayer Challenge.

How to Join the Prayer Challenge in Hallow
Already joined the St. Mary’s Parish Community Page in Hallow? Follow these steps to join our parish-wide Prayer Challenge:
- Open the Hallow app and sign in to your account.
- Tap the Church icon at the bottom of the screen.
- Open the St. Mary’s Parish community page.
- At the top of the page under Spotlight, you will see a button - Join Challenge
- Tap Join Challenge to participate.
That is it! Once you have joined, you will be ready to begin praying with our St. Mary’s community on Monday, September 14.

Make sure you have joined the St. Mary’s Parish, Shrewsbury, MA community page in Hallow. If you still need to join our parish page, follow the instructions above on this page.
Need Help?
Volunteers will be available after Mass to help you download Hallow, join our parish community page, and sign up for the Prayer Challenge.
